Emanuel Payton has a BA in Computer Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also a graduate of the Naval War College located in Newport, Rhode Island. He is received his Masters of Science in Information Security Management at Trinity University in Washington, DC May of 2008. He is constantly taking webinars and college courses to enhance his skills and knowledge.
